I have been using electric callus remover for about 6 months.If you have deep cracks on your heels, this device along won't be enough and is not very effective for heavy calluses. However, it works great after using a pumice stone or foot file.I like using it to polish my feet and keep them smooth after a pedicure.Overall, it is a good maintenance tool,but not a solution for severe heel cracks.
